Marcelina has more than 15 years of experience in Project and Change Management. Currently, she is the Director of Program and Change Management at a publicly traded financial services and technology company. She specializes in complex strategic initiatives, process design and implementation, and custom framework and methodology development. Marcelina is also an experienced educator, facilitator, and content creator. She advocates shaping the future landscape of program, project, and change disciplines by coaching, mentoring, facilitating workshops, and lecturing at universities.

Christine has 20+ years' experience in various roles research and development within life sciences, pharmaceutical and medical devices companies, including Supelco, Lederle Laboratories (Pfizer), Miles Research Labs, Bayer Corporation, Sekisui and BioMedica Diagnostics. More recently, she has worked on such varied projects as new product launches, global regulatory requirement changes, chemical hazards assessment, product labeling updates, business relocation moves, and managed technical troubleshooting for both customers and in-house production.
